Top 10 Weirdest Video Games
Do you remember the game that was the weirdest video game ever? One of the first whacked-out video games I remember playing was Alex Kidd in Hi-Tech World on the Sega Master System. In a complete departure from the other games in the Alex Kidd franchise, this one had a load of crazy characters that you had to find parts of a map from. I eventually managed that part of the game and ended up hang-gliding over a wall into a ninja forest on my final quest to get to the arcade. I never did get out of that damned forest.

10) Mr. Chin’s Gourmet Paradise – eat as many luscious peaches as you can before anybody elsemanages to find out about these delectable treats!
9) Irritating Stick – The title says it all – this incredibly aptly named game was taken from a Japanese gameshow. Literally guide the stick around a maze – amazing!
Um Jammer Lammy – Rock your way to the gig in the form of a sheep in this zany sequel toParappa The Rapper
7) Austin Powers: Operation Trivia – Unbelievably dull cash-in on the Powers franchise, just whatis it all about?
6) Samba de Amigo – Go maracas crazee with this fast past, action-packed shaker maker from Sega.
5) D2 – This game will have you fuming. It doesn’t know what genre it wants to be. Just as you getused to the Art House eclecticism of the graphics and think you can go out on an exploration, you’ll get randomly attacked by some monsters…again..and again..
4) Rhapsody, A Musical Adventure – This offering for the PS comprised a genius blend of cinematic RPG and outrageously tacky stage musical
3) Sheep – Strangely enough, the second game in the top ten based on our wooly compatriots, thisis an old-skool action game at it’s best. Literally herd sheep around – it’s mutton chops nuts!
2) Rocky Interactive Horror Show - Rescue your mate before the Castle lifts off from the planet Transexual into the galaxy of Transylvania. Whacky gothic bondage antics!
1) Seaman – Nurture and grow with this ugly, talking man-fish thing. The graphics are simple but the voice recognition software is noteworthy. One of the weirdest immersive gaming experiences ever!
